Complaints

The legality of the actions of the Prison and Probation Service, its units and officials is overseen by the Judicial Unit of the Development and Guidance Department of the Prison and Probation Service, which exercises the internal control of the administrative branch.

‍If the official of Prison and Probation Service has made an incorrect decision in the opinion of the prisoner or community sanction client, it can be requested to change it by filing a rectification request, if the decision is appealable. If, on the other hand, there is a suspicion that the prison or an official has acted incorrectly or in an illegal manner, you can file a complaint.
