Video calls

In Pyhäselkä Prison, in departments 1-4 and 6- 7, video calls are arranged using VideoVisit. Prisoners must apply to the prison for permission and inform the people they want to communicate with of the time determined by the prison when they can call the prisoner. Prisoners cannot receive video calls at other times than those determined by the prison. The person using VideoVisit must read and follow the instructions below carefully. Prisoners in other departments call their video calls via Skype.
